Serenity Pet Resort takes precautions to ensure all belongings, yours and ours alike, remain undamaged and get returned to you asyou provided them to us. However, please be aware that things happen -- items may get lost in the laundry or your pet maydestroy items when left alone overnight. While we have no fee if your pet destroys anything of ours, Serenity Pet Resort will notbe held financially responsible if your items get lost/destroyed OR if your pet ingests something that was okayed to be intheir room by you at drop-off – staff will ask at drop-off every time. *

We pride ourselves on having staff that are willing to work with all pet temperaments. Please beware that if we must schedulestaff around your pet based on who can handle them best or have to take special precaution to best care for your pet and our staff,there will be an additional $15/night fee. I understand that if my pet requires special attention and care, I may be subject tothis fee. *

I agree to respect Serenity Pet Resort’s hours of operation, and I will honor the times and dates I reserved to the best ofmy ability. If you find yourself needing to pick up at a later date or time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but pleaseunderstand we may not always be able to depending on our availability. Additionally, if you arrive for drop off or pick up outsidenormal hours of operation, additional fees will apply. Our business hours are posted on our door. *

IF BOARDING FOR A LONGER STAY: If you are dropping off for a lengthy stay, you may be required to pay a deposit atdrop-off. We are accepting of boarding reservations with no set pick-up date established – however we require a copy of yourlicense and a credit card on file which will be scanned in and stored with Serenity management after establishing a payment planwith you. I have read and understand the stipulations for lengthy stays for my pet(s).

IF BOARDING TWO PETS IN THE SAME ROOM: I understand that animals that get along at home may become aggressivetowards one another when placed in a new environment. Should your pets become aggressive toward each other, they will beseparated immediately, and we will notify you. I agree that Serenity Pet Resort is not financially responsible for any injuriesthat arise if my pets do not get along, and I agree to pay the difference in cost for separating my pets into different roomsshould the occasion arise.

FRIENDLY REMINDER TO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

CANINE/FELINE POOR APPETITE: Boarding of a pet can be stressful and may result in lack of appetite. We keep track ofevery pet’s food intake, and we do have a missed meal protocol in place if a pet is not eating. Following three missed meals, ournext step is to add a different type of food to their meal (in-house kibble or canned food which is $1-3/day pending how much isused), or in more severe cases we would recommend an appetite stimulant or doctor interference. For current clients no exam isrequired to start an appetite stimulant and the charge is $6/dose, and for non-clients an exam by a veterinarian on staff is requiredin addition to the $6/dose. Please check (1) box below. *

Yes, my pet can have whatever is needed to entice them to eat, including examination as needed.

CANINE/FELINE PROBIOTIC: Boarding of a pet can cause anxiety which may result in GI issues leading to runny stool.Fortiflora is a probiotic that can be added to your pet’s meals for $2/day that can sometimes assist with this. If the issue persistsafter starting this then we will reach out about running a fecal test / getting your pet examined by a veterinarian on staff. Pleasecheck (1) box below. *

DOG SOCIALIZATION: During your dog's boarding stay, we offer supervised playtime with other dogs. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety, interactions between dogs carry inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, or stress. *
